PPE sets that will be required in practical work, hand tools, making solution lists together about equipment to be kept ready at the weekly Workshop, searching and learning from websites and Youtube about how to use the equipment safely and the methods that would be reused according to the name of the item which will be in assignment. Then, the IEC materials that were designated on the first day of the workshop and the materials that would always be kept in the workshop were taken responsibility and placed together by each of the children with voluntary consciousness.

	Prepared training materials and conducted courses as a resource person in the workshops on ” Irrigated Farming and Water Management ” sponsored by UNDP for community level held at four different divisions. Consultant to a team of engineers of Irrigation Department in preparing design criteria for embankment dam in cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) experts. Also worked as an external member of Technical Board Committee of Irrigation Department in design criteria preparation works.

	Taung Pinle Dam Project, Myingyan Township Organized collection of design data required for the project. Worked out project formulation and preliminary design alternatives. Responsible for the final design of the project which involves 72 ft. high earth dam and irrigation system for 4000 ac. Myauk Pinle Dam Project, Myingyan Township Formulate the Project that would operate in tandem with the previously completed Taung Pinle Project. Organized required data and supervised the final design of the project which involves 75 feet high earth dam for irrigation of 3,000 ac. land and rural water supply. Mon Project, Takkone Township Lead a design group in the final design of a diversion dam both on hydraulic and structural works. The project is to irrigate 10,000 ac. of land area.

	Management of Technical Works of ITC Responsible for the technical works of ITC which involves computer and teaching facilities, laboratories for soil testing, water quality, material testing and hydraulic laboratory. ITC Project is granted by JICA and the technical development works were carried out in cooperation with JICA Experts. Training of Engineering Staffs of the Department In cooperation with the head office, organized and prepared curriculum for the training courses conducted at ITC for different levels of engineering and technical staffs of the Department. Conducted lectures in some training courses. Quality Control Works Incharge of the quality control works for both earth works and concrete works of Ngamoeyeik dam and Waba dam of height 70.5 ft and 75 ft respectively. The team was also responsible for exploration of suitable construction material for the project.

	Second Tank Irrigation Project, Taungdwingyi Township Participated in the ranking study of a series of potential irrigation projects with the consultancy service from Snowy Mountain Engineering Corporation ( SMEC) of Australia. Yin Project, Taungdwingyi Township It is an irrigation project covering an irrigable area of 36,000 ac. by impounding water by an earth dam of height 110 ft. Completed final design of intake works of the project which includes a control tower, a cut and cover conduit and an energy dissipater. Sadon Project, Taungdwingyi Township As a leader of a design team, completed the detail design of the intake facilities of Sadon Dam of height 125 ft. which is for irrigation of 11,000 ac. land area. Pyinbongyi Dam Project, Daik-U Township Responsible for the final design works of Pyinbongyi Dam of height 66 ft. Shwedaung Dam Project Responsible for the final design of Shwedaung Dam which is an earth dam of height 65 ft including outlet, spillway and its appurtenances.
Nov 1970 – Jan 1984	Construction Engineer Irrigation Department, North Nawin Irrigation Project, Pyay
	North Nawin Irrigation Project, Pyay As a Construction Engineer responsible for earth works of a section of the embankment of height 115 ft in cooperation with Consultant Engineers of Energo Project of Yugoslavia. The dam impounds 290,000 ac.ft of water to irrigate a land area of about 96,000 ac. Also responsible for irrigation and drainage system of the project covering about 20,000 ac. After completion of the project, responsible for the operation and maintenance of canal system covering about an area of 25,000 ac. Repair of Nawin Town Bund, Pyay As an engineer incharge of a flood protection team carried out both temporary and permanent repair of flood protection embankment for an urban area which was breached during an abnormal flood in 1974.
